Once all details are approved, we formalize our partnership with a contract — ensuring full transparency and mutual understanding before moving forward. To meet a variety of needs and budgets, we offer three flexible design packages, each tailored to your desired level of involvement and support.
/1 - Measurements
+After signing the contract, we go to the site for photo fixation and 3D measurements. 3D measurement makes it possible to take into account the smallest details, such as wall deviations, degrees of angles.
/2 - Design Brief
+This is a detailed project statement for work, which is filled out electronically or in a face-to-face meeting. When drawing up a brief, we discuss not only the set-up of the building and its content, but also the textures, materials and atmosphere of the future project.
/3 - Layout Concept
+We work through the options in accordance with the task and parameters of the object, and present the best ones to you. During the discussion, we together choose the optimal plan or lay down a new plan from several options. We start out from the chosen style. On the spot we think through the lowering of the ceilings and the main viewpoints of the project.
/4 - 3D Rendering View
+Photorealistic images of your interior to give you confidence in the final result. They allow for precise representation of all the nuances of the concept, help select the right decor, and let you see the outcome from different angles. Feel the atmosphere of your future project.

/6 - Supervision
+- Post-design supervision for 2 months.
- Scheduled site visit once a week.
- Communication with contractors and prompt responses to questions that arise during implementation.
- Shopping assistance. Our designers help you choose the right construction materials and furniture that align with the design concept and meet quality standards.
- Consulting and supervising builders and related contractors on the basis of drawings and sketches. We assist them in correctly interpreting the design documentation, preventing discrepancies between the project and the final result.
- Ongoing consultation with the client on all matters related to the project.
- Making updates and clarifications to drawings as needed.
- Maintaining the implementation schedule and coordinating all participants involved in the process.
- Acceptance and quality control of completed installations on site.
- Monitoring compliance with the approved color scheme, materials, and finishes.
- Organizing meetings with contractors on site or in the office for joint development of complex components and approval of technical solutions.
After signing the contract and officially starting our collaboration, the payment process is divided into three stages to align with key project milestones.
